as a user the total hours of sleep when i list all my sleep cycles is not very useful as it includes all dates, even ones many months ago.

This is not a feature flaw as it does not make the feature less useful, however, agreed on the point that the information on the total hours slept is not that useful and is rather more of a fun fact for the users.
