Addresses slightly jumpy behaviour when playback stopped/started from edit position:

Ensured that row index is consistent between edit and play mode
Ensured when setting the fixed position (CTRL+ALT+LMB) that clicked row is chosen, not row above
Minor performance tweak (no observable behaviour change)

Not so involved this time! Just been fiddling to try and smooth out some of the glitchy behaviour with the fixed indicator mode I mentioned before.
