Fix issue with clobbered mapping for playfrom (https://github.com/JoepVanlier/Hackey-Trackey/issues/95).
Make notes appear for sample pads in hackey trackey sampler.
Fix bug that led to crash if one tries to remove an effect column while Hackey Trackey Sampler is on the track.
