GEDCOM export #5

Describe the bug Exproted GEDCOM file has wrong FILE path.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open 'Windsor.familyx'
  2. Click on 'Save' 'Export GEDCOM...' to 'Windsor.ged'.
  3. Edit Windsor.ged
  4. search '2 FILE '
  5. See error i.e.

2 FILE \PathToFile\Images\PrinceCharles.jpg

PathToFile is wrong, If you import 'Windsor.ged', the photo can't be found, even on the same computer.

Expected behavior PathToFile must be replaced by the concrete path of the photo.

The behavior is like in version V4.5 and has nothing to do with porting to .Net 8 and VS 2022. The label backlog is added.
