GEDCOM import #6

Describe the bug Imported GEDCOM file has no images imperted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open 'Windsor.familyx'
  2. Click on 'Save' 'Export GEDCOM...' to 'Windsor.ged'.
  3. Edit Windsor.ged
  4. change all \PathToFile occurance with your path to the images. (see #5 GEDCOM export)
  5. Import the changed GEDCOM file
  6. No image is included

Expected behavior Images/photos are included.

The behavior is like in version V4.5 and has nothing to do with porting to .Net 8 and VS 2022. The label backlog is added.
