this afternoon, I diluted the mesocosms with distilled water, thinking that I was compensating for evaporation...but then I realized they may have lost water/medium due to sampling, and maybe I diluted them too much by adding DD water? Also, I didn't keep track of how much DD water I added to each beaker, so I have no idea how much the concentrations of the COMBO might be thrown off.
Anyways, tomorrow when we sample, I will be sure to top off with COMBO.
