-Cameron, Gwen and I took down the rest of the experiment
-we sampled 50 ml of the beaker water for chlorophyll and nutrient analysis (except for beakers 57, which had 59ml, 59 which had 62.5 ml)
-GFF were stored, wrapped in foil packets, then in falcon tubes, and then put in the -80 freezer
-nutrient samples are stored in a cardboard box in the chest freezer
-daphnia were extracted from the beakers using my filter funnel set up and then whatever ended up on the filter was scraped into pre-weighed tin capsules and dried over night at 60C, then were were weighed the next afternoon
-all weigh boats were topped with distilled water to the top
-weight boats 44-48 were just distilled water, since those beakers were empty of daphnia since they had gone extinct
-at 12C, all of the deficient had gone extinct, and one of the FULLs had gone extinct (beaker 39)
