Need to configure SMTP via MAIL_URL env variable for this to happen. MailGun provides 10,000 free emails per month. That ought to do it.

Done. Configured on both PROD and STAGING. Will look into specifying some more of the settings like changing the "Meteor Accounts" name, but this is a good start.
