Add some missing M3 sizes #4

Added some missing M3 bolt sizes I was using

According to DIN EN ISO 4762 the longest M3 is 30mm long. Some manufacturers do sell lengths not covered by the DIN/ISO, but they might not be universally/globally available. I would rather not include non-standard screws in the standard table to avoid situations where lib users do plan with a certain screw but can't source them. (Adding screw lengths you actually have at hand is probably much less annoying, than remodelling something because you can't source the screws you planned with.)
