[5.1.0] Able to select "Excalibur" Special Power before level 10 #162

Describe the bug The new "Excalibur" Special Power states that the character must at least be level 10 to pick it, but it may already be picket at level 3.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create Isekai Heroe character
  2. Level Up to level 3
  3. Select "Excalibur" as special power

Expected behavior "Excalibur" is not selectable as a special power for the Heroe subclass until the character is at least level 10.

Also: The Heroe gets infinite uses of the ability after selecting it. Is that intended? I ask since it has a duration of 1 minute / level. Which has me assuming this is supposed to be a limited ressource.

If it is not supposed to be limited, is there another reason to give it a time limit or could the abbility be made toggleable? Just for convenience sake ^^.

This is intended for the Hero. I don't intend to make this a toggle ability. There's already too many toggle abilities and not enough normal abilities.

Didn't notice the little "or" in between the conditions, my apologies. Thanks for clarifying.
