2nd input of Hue wall switch not working correctly in 2.0.51 #568

I have two switch modules and deleted them both after the update to 2.0.51. After adding them again, one switch works correctly. Both rockers can be triggered separately after setting it to Dual Rocker mode. For the other module, one rocker is working correctly, the other one is not. When I toggle that rocker (2nd input), the action of the 2nd input of the other switch module is triggered.

After some experimentation, I found that the 1st input on both switch modules is always working correctly. For the second input, it's always the action of the module that has been added last that will be triggered when the 2nd input of either module is toggled.

Hi @JarnoGr, I just tested with my device and it works as intended here for both rocker and push button settings. Can you please restart the app, test again and if it still is not working send me a diagnostic report from the app. Label if with your name.

That can also explain why my dual rocker switch stopped working after adding the others... I have sent the diagnostic (421c43f5-623d-4429-99df-aad2e25436cf). I tried restarting the app, setting the mode back to single rocker and back to dual rocker but the second rocker is not working at all. I have not tried re-adding it as the last device I can still try that but something seems not working. I installed all the switches on 2.0.51 never used the app before this version.

Ah.. so it's the 2:nd tile that is reacting between physical devices. Thanks, I'll have a look at it asap.

I have sent the diagnostic report (543fb94a-d449-4f1d-b6ed-77c48f628f34) after restarting the app and trying again. The issue is still there. The 2nd tile of the switch module that is connected to the Homey last is activated when the 2nd input of either physical switch module is pressed.

Just also confirmed that re-adding the device (so it's the last connected) solved the problem where the 2nd tile is not responding. I only have a single dual rocker in my house so can't test it further but considering @JarnoGr's testing I think we at least figured out what is happening. Hope it's an easy fix!

Just added a few wall switches, 1st tile and input works fine, 2nd tile and input doesn’t work (only had the tumble switch and press button options, don’t know if that has something to do with it not working?)

any tips? Restarted the app already
