I have two problems with my new Hue Dial switch

the battery is stuck on 32%. Put new battery in it and it will stay on 32%. Even when I repair the device.
multiple times it will go out of the zigbee network and have to add it again or repair. It will run couple of times and than it stops working.

please help me!

I have same issue. Every time the Homey check for Battery on the "Dimmer Switch (Gen 1 & 2). The Dimmer switch stops working, and I need to factory reset the switch, and pair again. Then it works until the battery level is read again.

I use the FlowCheck that reports when it's broken.
