Prerequisites:

• Before requesting a device addition, please ensure there is not already a request for the device among the open issues.
• Make sure your Homey is upgraded to firmware v5 or higher.
• You need a physical example of the device.

Device Information

• Device Name: Human Presence Sensor
• Device Model: ZSS-QY-HP
• Device Description: This mm-wave presence sensor uses ZigBee 3.0 protocol, recognizes any condition of people around: movement, sleeping, talking, accident, hitting eyes etc. Detection angle 360°, detection distance adjustable from 0.3 m to 9 meters, sensitivity adjustable in 9 positions, detection time adjustable from 0-10 seconds, delay time adjustable from 1 second to 25 minutes. Diameter 93mm, height 30mm, flush mounting, hole for cutting 77-80mm, after installation, it camouflages as a recessed light, aesthetically beautiful to look at, but ideal for use as anti-theft protection. It is possible to connect the sensor to other ZigBee devices to create action zones, for example if the motion sensor turns on the light or attacks an acoustic alarm.

How to interview a device

• Add the device as a generic Zigbee device in Homey
• Navigate to https://developer.athom.com/tools/zigbee.
• Interview the device, the button for this is to the right of the device in the list of Zigbee units.
• Click the copy button/icon to capture the device information.
• Paste the copied information above.

I updated the test version of the Homey app, but can't find the MOES Human Presence Sensor. I tried all three radar sensors in the app but nu one seems to work. Please advise me what to do.

Today I updated the app again, but still I can't find this device in the list, nor in the September 23 update list: https://moeshouse.com/products/smart-ceiling-motion-detection. Please advice how to proceed
