Bug report - Can´t install NEO Smart plug Zigbee

Can´t install Neo Coolcam Smart Plug with metering Zigbee. System don´t find it. I have not installed any Zigbee products before.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

I have Homey Pro (Early 2023) Version 12.1.2 Your experimental app Tuya Zigbee 0.2.73

Tuya Smart Power Plug, also sold as Neo Smart plug is only added as a generic Zigbee device and working as on/off but without metering.
