- Nightscout port now used for follower download mode (entries.json and experiments/test)
- Warning now shown when the user enables multi-point calibration (too many new users were selecting this without understanding how it works)
- Dexcom battery info updated to show n/a for runtime if -1
- improvements to UI for Libre 2 warm-up handling/information
- extended sensor + transmitter start date pop-up information on rowSelectec()
