Request for improvement: displaying IOB/COB from Nightscout on Apple watch #499

For followers, who control the BG and loop remotely, it is very convenient and important to see the IOB and COB on the Apple Watch with the BG and delta. This option was implemented in the old, unsupported app Spike. I hope this is not difficult to add in future versions. Thanks in advance!

As a thought, this could be implemented using the contact image method.

xDrip4iOS would need to create multiple contacts, one for each desired display variable
