Hsien are basically not changelings at all, and I wish they had done a re-design. That said, they're unique. I've attached a character sheet of a player in my game for your review, the yin yang circle is pretty awesome. We'll want a section for alchemy.
The big thing is the yin/yang bit. Curses and luck are more actions, Tao is something that can be manually set; yugen has no permanent rating and is basically all temporary, no circles.
They do not use seemings and kiths, it's more like they have a "type" as seen in the PDF
use courts, yin/yang legacies, use rank, don't use glamour or banality instead Luck, Curses, Tao and Yugen, abilities are different, still use seeming and kiths, don't use Arts/Realms but Alchemy Hsien_example.pdf
