When you use the "Roll for shapechange" table and select a form to change into, the sheet will automatically select a difficulty for you
6 for human, crinos and lupus. 7 for glabro and hispo
But this is wrong, that difficulty is determind to shift from a form to another and not to shift into that form
For example: If I am at Glabro or Hispo, any form I try to change into will have its difficulty at 7, and if I am at Homid, Crinos or Lupus any form I try to change into will have the difficulty at 6
