[[Feature Request]] Expand Roll Trait Options #831

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there are powers that refer to things like Road Ratings, Virtues and Renown for various splats. It'd be great to be able to have those added to the options for rolling when using Powers, such as Vampires being able to use combo disciplines that call for conscience rolls, etc.

I’ll see how much work this is depending on I add this in 4 or 4.1
