use explicit sqrt to get cython 3 compatibility #104

This implements the suggestion in #102 to address the compatibility issue with cython 3.

I must say, I like more and more Ultranest.

I am developing an exoplanet transit calculator, and your ultranest is in this case way faster than other exoplanet transit programs that I know of. The big advantage here is that Ultranest stops when no extra accuracy is to be found, whilst others have to do their number of steps as ordered.
