When will thie be merged into LMMS #4

I've been hunting for ways to use ZynFusion with automation ideally in LMMS. I cloned this repository and I was extremely impressed that it works very well. Will this ever be merged back into the mainline LMMS? I think it would be a pity to abandon this. Alternatively how easy would it be to merge this back into the latest stable LMMS 1.2.2.

Many thanks for the post (and sorry for my late reply).

Yes, it seems to work stable, I have it in use for 2 years already. However, there's no real concept of how it should be in the end, and developing such a concept may take a lot of time. Maybe I'll finish this some day, but not sure when.

There will also be Lv2 in LMMS (master branch, the core is already supported, but for zyn, there's still a lot missing).

Alternatively how easy would it be to merge this back into the latest stable LMMS 1.2.2.

We won't merge it into a stable because this is an untested feature. If ever, it would need to be merged into master.

hey, i like that someone is working on bringing zyn 3 to lmms. can you please update both zyn and lmms to their latest versions in this branch and also try to bring this to 1.4 (cause 1.3 is already late enough so won't be able to prepare it on time).

@Rossmaxx I updated everything now.

Per 1.4, there is no LMMS 1.4, not even on LMMS master. The latest is an 1.3 beta.

I was referring to 1.4 as the release after 1.3 (excluding 1.3.x releases). What im trying to say is that of you are trying to get this to the lmms codebase, aim for 1.4 instead of 1.3. hope you get my point.
