Add alternate syntaxes for object construction:

[ ] Parameterless e.g. var f = new StringBuilder;
[ ] Call-style e.g. var f = StringBuilder();
[ ] Add initializer support e.g. var f = new StringBuilder { Capacity = 0x10 }
