Possibly add a /seen command? #251

Hi John-Paul.

Firstly, thank you for your work on this mod. It is truly appreciated.

I was wondering if there was any possibility of having a /seen command added, like in EssentialsX on Bukkit? This command would require the player's last logged on time to be recorded, allowing for it to be tracked via /seen .
