switched to legacy style stone, dirt and sand changed some stone stuff to match the new stone stuff in vanilla

The old JSTR ores and stuff has been moved to a folder to be made into an overwrite pack called Smooth Overwrites. Thought that would be more descriptive than JSTR Overwrites.
