ill be using it for my modpack because i want people to experience your art and play on any computer so is it possible to make one?

You may change the pack for yourself, but you may not redistribute it.

If you are looking for a good 16x pack that has a similar feel to JohnSmith, you might try Excalibur. Excalibur also has a license that allows sharing.
