More Localization #11

Currently iKeyEx only have localizations for English, Spanish, Japanese and
Chinese, and ℏClipboard only have localizations for English, Spanish and
Chinese. More languages should be added.

Hi there.
Here's the updated Russian localization for 5 Row QWERTY (tested with 
5RowQWERTY-0.1-99h.deb)
If you're about to release the final version for OS 3.0, feel free to include it
