iKey and QWERTY keyboard #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install iKey and QWERTY keyboard
2. Open settings and setup qwerty as main keyboard
3. Try to type something in a message window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 5'th row is missing or it is just the default iPhone keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3G 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.

***** Note: iKeyEx (thus hClipboard & 5-Row QWERTY) doesn't work on 3.0
yet. Please subscribe to issue 83 for the updates. Delete this line if your
issue is unrelated to 3.0.
