Allow popup window to be frozen open

your Russian Strong dictionary has an excellent and
consistent system of links to correlate words or to Septuagint
dictionary - which is a huge work of philology and informatics.
However, I can click the links (within pop-up windows) only when by
chance the mouse is already within the area that the pop-up window
will occupy after it is opened. When the pop-up window opens below the
Bible text selected word (as it generally happens when the selected
word is in the superior part of the program window) and the mouse goes
down to click the link within the pop-up windows, it disappears before
we can do anything!

 Moreover, when the pop-up window “evaporate”, it is impossible to
copy any text within it. Maybe it would be interesting if the
pop-window “freeze” when we press shift key, for example; if not, it
vanishes and let we read Bible text.

In 3.5+, the Strongs popup windows remain open if you move the mouse from the 
selected word to the popup window. This allows you to follow sub-links etc. in 
the popup window. 

To close the popup window, move the mouse from the selected word in a direction 
away from the popup window.
