Section headings: Hotkey for Next/Previous

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There are several ways to go to the next/previous book/chapter/verse in 
Bibles, but only one way to go to the next section (Bible navigator) 
2.To go (e.g. ESV) from one section to another you have to use Bible 
Navigator/Book/Chapter/Section to get there. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice to have hotkeys to go to the next/previous sections.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This would be a comparatively difficult feature to add, and if it was only 
linked to hot-keys then few people would find it anyway. Making the feature 
somehow noticeable to users would likely increase the UI complexity more than 
it is worth. Also, many texts do not have section headings, further limiting 
the usefulness of the feature.
