History tool: Chapter -> Reference #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the history tool, moving the cursor over back (or forward) gives the 
message: 'Go to the previous (or next) chapter.' 
2. What this tool does, is e.g. to change from Luk 3:4 to John 5:6.
3. This is not what I expect from a chapter change

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-> replace 'chapter' by 'reference'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xs 3.4 all
