Previous verse tool jumps chapters at chapter boundaries #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using on of the Previous verse tools (down-arrow in Reference bar/Verse or
up-arrow key) on the first verse of a chapter (e.g. Luke 2:1) changes to the
first verse of the previous chapter (Luk 1:1).
2. Being on the first verse of the first chapter (e.g. Luk 1:1), changes it to
the last chapter of the previous book (Mark 16:1).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect, that previous verse would change at chapter boundaries to the
last verse of the previous chapter (and at book boundaries to the last verse of
the last chapter of the previous book.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xs 3.4 linux/firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

Verse traversal using verse keys and spinner buttons etc. does not continue
beyond the current chapter boundary in version 3.5+. Mouse wheel scrolling
does, however.
