Cross references in notebox: Multiple ones for several word?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In ESV/Gen 2:2 there are cross references to 4 words, for the first 2 ones 
even several ones. 
2. Moving the cursor over the 1st one (dust) shows the cross refs for all 4 
words.
3. To navigate to the 3rd cross references (Isaiah 2:22) of the 2nd word 
(breathed) is not easy:
- moving only the cursor over the cross reference caller x before breathed 
marks the corresponding cross ref only temporarily: Moving the cursor into the 
note box this the marking is not shown any more. 
So it is difficult to remember, which cross references belong to breathed.
- clicking on the caller x (of breathed) shows the text to all three cross 
references, but the last one is out of the note box. 
So you have to move down in the note box to be able to activate it. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-> It would be helpful, moving over a cross reference caller x and then down 
into the note box, if the marking of the corresponding cross reference stays 
active/visible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xs 3.4 linus/firefox

In version 3.5+ you can click the orange window icon in the upper left of the 
popup window to pop it out into its own separate window. Then you can move at 
and resize it, and it will not disappear until it is closed.
