Part of chapter heading (book name) disappears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having 3 Bibles active: ESV, KJV and ESV at John 9 with Bible pin down, and 
cross refs in notebox.
2. Clicking on left ESV/Jhn 9:3/cross ref John 11:4 moves the 2 Bibles on the 
left to John 11:4, but part of the book heading (John) disappears in those 2 
Bibles from the chapter heading.
3. Using the hotkey uparrow 4 times moves to John 10:1 and the chapter heading 
is complete again (John Chapter 10)
This problem seems to be related to Issue 188.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To not only only see the chapter (e.g. Chapter 8) as chapter heading, but also 
the book name (e.g. John).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xs 3.4 Linux/Firefox

Correction: This problem seems to be related to Issue 189 (not Issue 188).

This also happens with using cross references (e.g. in the note box):
- ESV Ezra 2:3 cross ref to Ezra 8:3 only shows Chapter 8 (without Ezra).
- ESV Ezra 3:2 cross ref to DEU 12:5-6 only chows Chapter 12 (with the book 
name).

Only when displaying chapter 1 is the book name displayed along with the 
chapter number. The book name is always visible in the book text-box in the 
upper left.
