xulsword does not display section titles when they happen to be just before verse 1 #207

Configure xulsword to access modules installed by Xiphos.

Select module SomKQA (Soomaliga).
Install it using Xiphos module manager if not already done so.

Browse to Matthew 5 which is OK. There's a section title before verse 3.

Yet the XML has section titles just before verse 1 in 853 chapters out of 1189. 
These do not get displayed.

Xulsword 3.6+ can now access Xiphos through the Add New Modules interface 
(File->New Modules->From the Internet, or just hit F2).

I installed SomKQA in xs-3.6 and went to Matt 5. I see a large heading above 
verse 1 and a small heading above verse 3. Version 3.6 uses the standard SWORD 
1.7 OSIS filter (souped up a little) so it appears this is now fixed.
