Keyboard arrow keys for previous/next chapter/book

What is the expected output? 
As the keyboard arrow keys allow to change biblical references (the result
of this change is shown in the reference bar):
- Up/Down arrow key: navigates to previous/next verse in Bibles and
commentaries (crosses also book and chapter boundaries) and
- Left/Right arrow key navigates to the previous/next reference in the
reference history (see History toolbar)

-> It would be nice to let keyboard arrows also change chapters (and
books?) e.g.
- Alt+Up/Down arrow key: navigates to the previous/next chapter and
- Shift+Alt+Up/Down arrow key: navigates to the previous/next book.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XS Portable-2.13b.zip in WinXP

Currently, you can move forward/backward by a chapter by pressing 
Shift+Up/Down. Unless there is a good reason to change this behavior, it is 
best to leave it as is, to avoid confusing existing users.

But I can add a next/previous book function as Alt+Up/Down.

Up/down arrow keys have been updated as follows:

up/down           --> change verse
up/down+alt       --> change chapter
up/down+shift+alt --> change book
