Synchronized scrolling with mouse wheel is affected by language notes #210

Display two windows:

1 = KJV
2 = Esperanto [say - as this doesn't have Strongs]

Select [say] Hebrews 2 (where Esperanto has some poetry lines)

Switch ON language notes.

Use mouse wheel in Window 1 to scroll down. Window 2 doesn't scroll.

Switch OFF language notes.

Use mouse wheel in Window 1 to scroll down. Window 2 does scroll.

The problem is not universal. Bug must be very subtle.

For some passages it doesn't behave as reported. e.g. Psalm 119
