FF Toolbar button + Menu entry #213

Firefox experience needs improving:
1. Many addons provide buttons available to be added on a toolbar. I'd like to 
see XS button there.
2. In "Hidden Menu"-mode there's no way to start XS. To check, try right-click 
on the main menubar and unselect "Menu Bar".

A xulsword book icon now appears at the right end of Firefox's main navigation 
toolbar, next to the "home" icon. This position is pretty much always visible, 
and seems to work nicely.
