Synodal verse mapping #214

It turns out that Synodal Protestant modules require different verse mapping 
than does Synodal Orthodox in the book of Daniel. Currently only KJV <=> 
Russian Synodal Protestant mapping is supported. So and a solution is needed.

KJV <=> Russian Synodal MAPPING
Dan 3:1-23   = Dan 3:1-23
non-existant = Dan 3:24-90
Dan 3:24-30  = Dan 3:91-97
Dan 4:1-3    = Dan 3:98-100
Dan 4:4-37   = Dan 4:1-34

KJV <=> Russian Synodal Protestant MAPPING
Dan 3:1-30 = Dan 3:1-30
Dan 4:1-3  = Dan 3:31-33
Dan 4:4-37 = Dan 4:1-34

SWORD version 1.7.0 will include a few new versifications.

One of them will be SynodalProt to support modules for IBT which are without 
any deuterocanonical books.

Refer to recent discussions in the sword devel mailing list.

Once released, the wiki page for Alternate Versifications will be updated.
