Way to check footnote references #215

It would be very helpful to have someone use the MK program to check
cross-referencing in the footnotes. A person could skim through a book and read
the footnotes, clicking on the Scripture references that are linked there and
making sure the reference is correct, going to the right text that is relevant
to the footnote. In MK as it is now, when you are in a footnote, the hyperlink
causes the verse to pop up, but to get to the footnote on that verse you have
to click on the link and look at the verse in a new window. I was wondering if
it would be possible to have the verse pop up (as it does now) and in that
popup the footnote markers on that verse would be visible and active. Then the
user puts the cursor on the marker and the footnote pops up. Does that make
sense? Another option would be to find a way in the conversion process to make
hyperlinks for references to other footnotes pop up the footnote itself, not
the Scripture text. I am thinking that will be more work since there is a
variety of contexts that would need to be parsed out. If the first idea is
easy, I think it would be enough. I think this would be good for the program in
general.

Scripture reference links now show texts which contain active text notes.

So if a note says something like: "also see the footnote in 7:4" then a
mouse-over of of the 7:4 link will open a popup containing the referenced verse
plus its footnote symbol(s). Clicking a footnote symbol will show the
referenced footnote.
