Choice of displaying reference/text for crossreferences in popups

What steps will reproduce the problem?
For cross references displayed in the notebox there is the choice to display 
only the reference(s) or to display the reference(s) together with the text(s) 
of the given reference(s) in the cross reference. This can be done by clicking 
on a + in the notebox.
As this only works for crossreferences displayed in the notebox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-> it would be great if this could be implemented for crossferences displayed 
in popups, also with the choice of individual verse/section given in the 
crossreference (as proposed in issue 69).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XS Portable-2.14b.zip in WinXP

In 3.5, cross-references are shown in popups having the same features (and 
using the same HTML) as when they are displayed in the footnote box.
