Uploader hogs memory until macbook pro freezes. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run google mail uploader with a lot (over 10,000) emails from the Mail app
2. Let it go for about six hours

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a/ Uploader functions normally, computer functions normally.
b/ The actual situation is that my computer becomes almost unusable, the
uploader is using
over 1gb of real memory, 3gb of virtual memory, and the mail uploads to the
google servers are
incredibly slow. Eventually the uploader hangs and I have to reboot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1
Mac os 10.6.2 snow leopard.
Macbook pro 2.66ghz with 2gb RAM and lots of free hard drive space, few
applications running.

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried twice. Had to abandon the idea of uploading my mail (google servers won't
play ball with
IMAP either), lots of timeouts and errors on various clients.

This was fixed in the sources a week ago -

I plan to push out a new release with the fix later this week.

Interesting that version 1.1.2 is supposed to have fixed this problem. I am
running version 1.2.0 over three years later and experiencing the same
identical thing.
