Error 403 #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Email Uploader
2.Upload
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is uploading. I see instead a Error 403 message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Uploader 1.1.2 om Mac OSX 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

If the uploader does not accept your email address and password, check with 
your domain administrator to confirm that "User email uploads" are enabled on 
the administration page for Advanced Tools.

This error appeared because I upgraded from Standard to Premium Edition during 
an upload session using Google Email Uploader Mac.  Enabling "User email 
uploads" as gregrobbins suggests corrected the problem. Many thanks.
