Why I deleted Game Development section? Because most if not all BASIC could be used for this purpose, not only Cerberus X. The list already has many BASIC dialects specially designed for game development though, e.g: Dark Basic Pro, BlitzMax,... It's difficult to tell which should be on the Game Development section, which not. So, just abolish the Game Development section altogether.
Why I moved some BASIC compilers/translators from IDEs, Editors, Plugins, and Tools back to Dialects? Because most BASIC compilers/translators have their own dialects! For example, BCX is a BASIC translator, but it has it own BASIC dialect. The same is true for BaCon. Unless it's too clear that the tool is just a compiler/translator of an already known dialect like mono-basic to Visual Basic .NET, I think it's better to keep them on the Dialects section. I also think the Dialects list should be sorted alphabetically.
