It's done when a gamer can enter in the name of the game, enter a rating, then enter a short text entry about their or description of what they like about the game.
It's done when the user can include the genre of the game.
It's done when a single player gamer can retrieve the information from local storage that was previously entered.

We didn't include genre. Likely will need to cut for time.
