Данный CONFIG зависит от настроек конкретной 
версии Qt, нельзя собрать debug если он не 
поддерживается.

У меня поддерживается, но schat2 запихивает в 
либы дебаг-информацию (при сборке локально).
Это только schat2 - другие приложения обдирают 
всё.
