update to natively support .NET 7

5 - add .NET 7 native support

upgrade packages to use latest references from

• MongoFramework 0.28.1
• Finbuckle.MultiTenant
  • netstandard2.0 >> last version to support it 6.2.0
  • netstandard2.1 >> last version to support it 6.9.1
  • net6 and net7 >> last version to support it 6.10.0

Finbuckle.MultiTenant.MongoFramework.Tests upgrade to use:

• Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk 17.5.0
• Shouldly 4.1.0
• xunit 2.4.2
• coverlet.collector 3.2.0

Samples were updated to reflect those changes.

• A new folder was created for .NET 7,
• ASP.NET Core 3 was renamed to NET5, as it was targeting that.
• in all three, ApplicationStartedService : IHostedService was introduced to be called by the application builder. Recommended to leverage StartAsync
