link handling broken when loading external tutorial (version 0.9.9 only?) #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load external tutorial (e.g. official Python tutorial)
2. click on link on that page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The page should be loaded as a new vlam page; instead it is loaded as a
normal unprocessed page by the browser.

Fixed, revision 600.   No as tested as I would have liked but enough to declare 
this
issue fixed.
