Styling inconsistent for security report #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start Crunchy
2. click on security report; note bold text
3. go to Tests/javascript security test
4. click on security report; note bold text 
5. go back to browsing and load "unknown" external site in "display" mode.
6. click on security report; note nice styling.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The nice styling should be everywhere.  Normally I would have fixed this
(!) before the last commit but I can't for lack of time.
