Currently, the stop thread button does not appear for editors until some
actual code is executed. This helps to maintain a "clean look" for Crunchy.
However, when interpreter are inserted, the stop thread button is
immediately visible. I believe that it would look better if this button
would not appear until the 'enter' key would be pressed at the interpreter,
starting the execution of some user code.
While this issue could have been part of issue 109 (visual refresh...), I
thought it would be better to keep track of it separately.
