new option: mixed mode #176

At present, we have the python_tutorial option which simply styles the
code, if not prompt is present, and otherwise insert an interpreter.

I suggest that we should have a mixed_mode option (or better name?...)
which would insert an editor if no prompt is present, and otherwise insert
an interpreter.
